• Conduct qualitative/quantitative researches for UX/UI improvement

• Understand and interpret research methodologies and results into statistical tables and comprehensible presentation report format with logical conclusion and actionable recommendations

• Develop discussion guideline for focus group sessions, and questionnaires with interview structure for indepth interview sessions for the understanding of target group’s experiences, opinions, behavior and feelings

• Educate and build customer centric mindset to other teams by creating and sharing contents based on key findings/researches/useful knowledge thru various channels like internal group communication and team’s library website

• Prepare instruction/control process for observation sessions, take note/record video or conduct other techniques to understand users’ behavior and feelings, and to identify any problems or the barriers that they encounter

• Use research tools to conduct usability testing to identify areas where people struggle with a product and make recommendations for improvement

• Initiate and maintain project dashboard from research and data & do track customer behavior

• Assist in recruiting and facilitating respondents

• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by management


• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, or related fields

• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in marketing/user research

• Good analytical, logical, presentation, and communications skills

• Detail oriented, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Be able to use MS office or Keynote, Numbers, Pages to create charts, graphs, and presentation

• Be able to use Google Analytic, Google Data Studio, Tableau, inVision, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, research tools is a plus

• Be able to speak, write and understand both English and Thai (Multi-lingual is a plus)

• Be pro-active, open-minded, and be able to work in a collaborative team environment
