Central Tech is looking for a full-stack Product Manager to lead development of new features for CRC’s PowerBuy business. PowerBuy is one of Thailand’s leading retailers of electronics, mobile, gadgets and electronics products with more than 90 branches nationwide in Thailand in addition to its online e-commerce website enabling a unique omni-channel experience for customers.
Our team’s mandate is to launch and accelerate adoption of new omni-channel experience products. This means that we are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of innovative products that enable customers to enjoy shopping our online and offline experiences. Central Tech products are strategically important to drive long term growth. Our organization operates full-stack and gives Product Managers exposure to solving complex technical problems and working with both online and offline business functions.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for entrepreneurial and innovative individuals who thrive on solving tough problems. As a Lead Product Manager you will have single-threaded ownership for your products. Core skill areas for this role include great communication, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, Agile Scrum experience and analytical ability. You will be expected to establish a vision and key priorities for your products, make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to CRC stakeholders.
The person in this role will be required to deal with ambiguity, be organized and most importantly have a willingness to learn. You will leverage data and industry experience to make informed decisions and can advise and lead development teams / stakeholders who don’t have the same business context or customer perspective. It is a highly visible role with the abilty to make tangible impact on a growing business.
The right candidate will possess a strong product background, have experience leading medium to large products and projects, and excel at written and verbal communications. Tactically, the Lead Product Manager owns a roadmap and is responsible for executing on it. You set the product strategy, define use cases, analyze potential customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path forward while demonstrating crisp communication with stakeholders and engineers.
